TDF Accessible Membership Application (TAP)
TAP provides a membership service for theatregoers who are hard of hearing or deaf, have low
vision or are blind, who cannot climb stairs or who require aisle seating or wheelchair locations.
TDF/TAP obtains special seating according to need. There is no annual fee for this membership.
Please select the category most applicable to you from the list of options below. Check the aisle seat category
only if it is absolutely necessary, as aisle seating is extremely limited.
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and activated. A
welcome notification will be emailed to you.
Once activated, you will have access to seven to nine theatrical events, including dance and music performances depending upon
availability, with seating in the orchestra. Specific accessibility information will be provided concerning the theatre of
each listed event. In most cases, there will be a choice of available dates, usually including a mix of matinee and evening
For theatregoers with hearing loss, a selection of open captioned and
occasional sign language interpreted performances with
orchestra seating are available on an ongoing basis throughout the
year. For people who are blind or have low vision, occasional audio described performances will be offered.
Upon completing your TAP Membership Application, you must provide proof of eligibility to TDF within 30 days to
secure your membership. For more information about Proof of
